Welcome to the NSWRRC Website,
One of the oldest motor sport and still active clubs in NSW if not Australia, this club has continued the original traditions of its predecessor the "Singer Car Club of Australia", established in 1950.

The Grass Roots of Motorsport

Much has been lost in today's world of motor sport with the all mighty dollar being the sole driving force. The traditions of clubs such as the NSW Road Racing Club continue to fuel the true motor sport enthusiast. As a "time machine" of sight and sound, the categories supported by clubs such as NSWRRC, recapture an era of motor sport when the cars were simple and the drivers were visible, or was that the drivers were simple and the cars were visible.  As modern racing grows ever more dependent on technology and more remote from its fans, the appeal of these categories of motor racing can only increase.

2010 CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

The Club Championship is once again being tightly fought after six round with Brian Metcalfe & Steven Lacey on equal points, just one point ahead of Nicholas Kalis. For the full report see below:

The Beginnings of Something Great

Many a rookie driver with the NSWRRC has gone on to enter the higher more profile categories of today's motor sports. Many return to our events to re-familiarise themselves with the true motor sport traditions of their past. Without these traditions, today's motor sport would be full of old and tired drivers, all sports, including motor sport, need training grounds, a fact generally lost by the dollar driven events staged today.
